Margaret has over 20 years training adults, including 10 years at CSU Dominguez Hills in the classroom and online for courses in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding. She has coached and mentored over 50 students to compete in CSU Student Research Day.  She has also delivered workshops and employee trainings to government agencies, businesses, and non-profits to advance leadership skills and reduce conflict in the workplace. Margaret is a dynamic speaker and natural storyteller who engages participants.  Her Master of Dispute Resolution from USC Gould School of Law, and a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from CSU Dominguez Hills have prepared her to successfully address workplace conflict. Her Post-Graduate Diploma in Adult Education covers the teaching methodologies and curriculum building that she shares in Train-the-Trainer courses.


Aubrey Villareguez Abuana, M.A.

Grant Procurement, Policy Advocate and Capacity-builder 

Aubrey has over 10 years of experience working for non-profit organizations and  and county government agencies. She is an exceptional motivational speaker and works towards building partnerships with organizations throughout California. She earned her Masters Degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding at California State Dominguez Hills and has been a primary advocate for improved mental-health services for families and communities in need. Aubrey has facilitated dynamic dialogue with local and state government that have improved  policies for underrepresented under-served populations.

Educator and Mental Health Professional

Respected human services professional with over 20 years of experience in various social and community services settings. Expertise in program management, administration, and service coordination. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills; innate ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues and succeed in challenging environments.
