Margaret has over 20 years training adults, including 10 years at CSU Dominguez Hills in the classroom and online for courses in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding. She has coached and mentored over 50 students to compete in CSU Student Research Day. She has also delivered workshops and employee trainings to government agencies, businesses, and non-profits to advance leadership skills and reduce conflict in the workplace. Margaret is a dynamic speaker and natural storyteller who engages participants. Her Master of Dispute Resolution from USC Gould School of Law, and a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from CSU Dominguez Hills have prepared her to successfully address workplace conflict.
